By using our services, you hereby certify that you have read and agree to the following terms of service. Please read the entire agreement.

The agreement ends with the text "END OF AGREEMENT". This agreement addresses the Guaranteed SignUps portion of our business.

This is a legal agreement between you and the person selling you the signups. This agreement concerns your purchase of a service in which the reseller agrees to provide signups to a URL specified by you  ("the service" or "the package").

Save your Paypal receipt and order number issued upon acceptance of your campaign for reference. We will also keep a copy of each order.

All Orders are handled on a first come, first served basis. If we have problems fulfilling any of our services we will do all we can to correct the problem and email you with an estimated time for the issue to be resolved.

Because of the nature of our service, we do not guarantee a timeframe for fulfilling orders other than on an ASAP (As soon As Possible) basis. The Guarantee that we offer applies to delivering the amount of Signups only and does NOT imply a date by which they will be filled. If the program is already in our database we will, if needed, provide you with an estimated fulfillment date.

REFUNDS will be issued if we cannot produce the amount of Sign-ups ordered. This is the case for Targeted and Worldwide Service Sign-Ups.
